Irina Telyukova, Ph.D. is an experienced consultant and expert witness in economics, analytics, damages, competition, business, and other areas. Dr. Telyukova was an assistant professor of economics at the University of California, San Diego for 8 years, where in addition to her research career, she taught at the undergraduate and Ph.D. levels and was a sought-after peer reviewer for many top journals in economics, including American Economic Review, Econometrica, and the Journal of Political Economy. In that time, she served as a visiting scholar in policy organizations such as the International Monetary Fund and the Federal Reserve System. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a recipient of the 4-year Jacob Javits Graduate Research Fellowship, awarded to 10-15 students in the social sciences each year. She graduated summa cum laude with B.A. degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Connecticut College.
